During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the luxury service provided in this resort. The room was exceptionally clean and well decorated with modern furnishings. The staff service was outstanding, with their excellent communication and warm friendliness. the complimentary breakfast was a decent bonus, and the location was truly serene, offering a magnificent view of the natural beauty surrounding the resort.
There were some points that need improvement. The location was quite isolated, making it challenging to access nearby tourist sites without transportation.

the spacious room was amazing and came with a fantastic view of the ocean. the bathroom was just as impressive with luxurious amenities and an inviting bathtub that helped us relax. the friendly service and sumptuous breakfast were also great.
The spa services were not up to our expectations.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was not only super helpful and friendly, but also understanding when we needed to change our reservation. We were impressed by the clean and brand-new room, which provided us with a quiet and comfortable retreat. The balcony offered a fancy view of "Biyangdo" and the surrounding area, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a convenient perk, allowing us to easily reach our destination. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort.
The only downside? Well, there really isn't one!

I loved the hotel's location so close to the beautiful beach in this city. The shuttle bus service was very convenient, as it provided an easy transportation option from the hotel to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, there were plenty of facilities, including a jimjilbang-style spa & sauna and a 7/11 located downstairs.

The staff was really helpful and the view was amazing.
The prices for breakfast and using the pool facilities were a bit expensive. the electrical system was a bit confusing and some switches were hard to find.

I had a fantastic stay at Raon Hotel & Resort. The brand-new serviced apartments were spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for a long-term stay. I loved the under-floor heating and the large balcony with a stunning view of the golf course and the sea. The bedrooms were comfortable with great amenities, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. The karaoke bar was a fun bonus, with a good selection of English songs. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Jeju.
